ABOUT THE ROLE
The Team Coordinator is really the glue of the sales team, helping them where needed. The role is to support the busy sales team and will involve working in a fast-paced environment. This role is unique however as there will be scope to undertake more creative tasks to enhance our residents experience with us through the moving in process.
The role will work collaboratively as part of a passionate team, sourcing new leads, building relationships with leads, helping with the smooth running of the team and will ultimately be part of building Auriens success as we move our future residents into the building.
The role requires a hight level of professional and someone with excellent customer service, strong numerical, analytical and IT skills.
To be successful in this role, you should be discreet, you will need to be agile in how you work to deal with the varying demands of the role, you will need to be a good problem solver and will need to be extremely efficient. Some previous experience in Property Management or Lettings would be useful, to know a bit about what it takes to be a Lettings Coordinator/Administrator and dealing with high-net-worth individuals would be useful or similar transferable skills.
