We are recruiting our Team Coordinator to join our wonderful sales team at Auriens. We are in search of a self-motivated, hard-working and exceptionally organised individual with great written, interpersonal and communication skills.  This is the ideal role for someone who is a creative people person, with property lettings knowledge!

The Team Coordinator is really the glue of the sales team, helping them where needed. The role is to support the busy sales team and will involve working in a fast-paced environment.  This role is unique however as there will be scope to undertake more creative tasks to enhance our residents experience with us through the moving in process. 

The role will work collaboratively as part of a passionate team, sourcing new leads, building relationships with leads, helping with the smooth running of the team and will ultimately be part of building Auriens success as we move our future residents into the building.

The role requires a hight level of professional and someone with excellent customer service, strong numerical, analytical and IT skills.


To be successful in this role, you should be discreet, you will need to be agile in how you work to deal with the varying demands of the role, you will need to be a good problem solver and will need to be extremely efficient.  Some previous experience in Property Management or Lettings would be useful, to know a bit about what it takes to be a Lettings Coordinator/Administrator and dealing with high-net-worth individuals would be useful or similar transferable skills.

  • Updating and monitoring Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system management
  • Support contact for leasing administration and tenancy documentation queries. Co-ordinating with residents and solicitors to ensure sales milestones and timelines are met
  • Managing the weekly appointment diary and coordinate follow up on enquiries
  • Weekly reporting and monthly analysis of trends and statistics.
  • Development of creative touch points with residents / collateral ordering / Gifting
  • Events organisation for prospective residents & managing RSVP lists
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the team duties such as taking and resolving incoming calls, setting up show arounds, compiling and sending letters
  • Supporting Resident Advisors in hosting show rounds when required


  • Strong PA skills and attention to detail and analytical skills to help identify trends
  • Smart and professional appearance and manner
  • Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner
  • Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
  • Methodical, organised and reliable
  • Friendly and a natural team player
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Proactive & Forward thinking


  • 1/2 years’ experience in a role such as lettings coordinator / lettings administrator or similar
  • Previous experience with and use of CRM systems
  • Face to face client communication
  • Used to presentation graphics and analytical summaries
  • Worked within a sales environment
