We are recruiting our Bartender for our new luxury residence, Auriens Chelsea. This role will join our dynamic opening team, to help refine and deliver our exceptional beverage offering.

ABOUT THE ROLE­


This role is a great opportunity for the right person to help create an exciting and successful bar and beverage offering within an unprecedented setting of luxury Later Life Living.


The Bartender will be responsible for serving alcoholic beverages to residents in the Main Bar and Speakeasy Bar. The duties will include mixing cocktails, serving drinks and cleaning the bar.


The Bartender will be responsible for ensuring that they make the correct drink and serve to the right guest, whether they are at the bar or sitting at the surrounding tables.


The Bartender will have a key focus on customer service and show a commitment to our company values and image. With great attention to all operational details to ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of our residents and their guests.


Our food & beverage offering includes several outlets, each with a unique food concept and style: Restaurant including two Private Dining Rooms (80 covers) / Speakeasy (Bar) / The Drawing Room and In-Apartment Dining.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bartending experience for at least 1 year
  • Impeccable hygiene and safety management
  • Develop strong relationships with vendor partners
  • Fosters a climate of open communication, trust and respect
  • Promotes positive work relationships with within the division and cross departmentally
  • Flexible and agile in work style
