­What will you get out of being a CDP with us at Auriens? At Auriens we are looking to offer something different to our resident and their guest from our kitchen, working with our ingredients differently, with a strong emphasis on the nutritional value of our dishes.  Under Head Chef, Matt Tsistrakis your input  will help to shape the concept of our menu, using the best fresh & seasonal produce.  Making everything from scratch and part of a small collaborative team you will receive proper training in classical technics.  There is also flexibility to move around the kitchen and learn different aspects of the kitchen

This role calls for a talented chef, someone passionate about working with the finest, freshest ingredients and in delivering quality dishes and products. You will take an organised approach to your role and prioritise effectively to ensure the smooth running of your section, sharing your knowledge and supporting in the training and development of the Commis chefs in the brigade.

We are recruiting for the position of Chef de Partie for our new luxury residence, Auriens Chelsea. Joining our dynamic team, to help define and deliver our exceptional food and beverage offering.   • Minimum 1 years’ experience as Chef de Partie
  • Previous experience in a 5-star establishment (preferred)
  • Experience in healthy food preparation
  • Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) (preferred)
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English
