We are recruiting Food & Beverage Waiter/ress for our new luxury residence, Auriens Chelsea. Joining our dynamic pre-opening team, to help define and deliver our exceptional food and beverage offering.  This is a wonderful opportunity to grow and shine within a close knitt team, there are also wonderful opportunities to learn from a team built from 5* establishments!

Our Food & Beverage Waiter/ress's  hold integral roles as part of our front of house team.  This is a wonderful opportunity for the right person to be part of an exciting and unique dining experience.  Food and beverage is one of the fundamental corner stones of our promise to our residents at Auriens, that we will be innovative, adaptable and forward thinking in all that we offer within our outlets.

Our food and beverage amenities, each with a unique food concept and style are as follows: Auriens Restaurant including two Private Dining Rooms (80 covers) / The Speakeasy (Bar) / The Drawing Room / In-Apartment Dining.

The Food & Beverage Waiter/ress will ensure the flawless service together with a multi-skilled team of food and beverage professionals.

Food & Beverage Waiter/ress will work directly with and will actively support the role of the Restaurant Manager. They will ensure the smooth operation in the restaurant, bar and library. They are responsible of proper set-up of dining areas, take orders and serve all residents and guests as per Auriens standards, are responsible of up-selling, keep daily cash and accounts, takes reports and deliver to the supervisor.


The ideal candidate will need to have a special talent and passion for delivering the highest of standards consistently in a personalised and genuine manner. 

They should have good Food and Beverage knowledge and experience in the luxury arena. We are looking for someone that wants to take the time to get to know our Residents and wants to meet if not exceed their needs and wishes.  Someone who is enthusiastic, loves what they do and brings energy and fun to all the food and beverage experiences.

The successful candidate should have experience in a luxury food & beverage operation, excellent interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and enthusiastic, and agile to adapt easily to changes.

  • At least 2 years of experience in same or similar experience in restaurants in the luxury hospitality arena (Preferred) - More important is your desire to learn and wish to grow as part of this team
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, EPOS, Table Management Systems
  • Bachelor degree in Hospitality, or equivalent (desired)
